Position Overview
The Senior Systems Architect will report directly to the VP of Network, Infrastructure & Security and will take charge of the comprehensive management of our Dynamics 365 ecosystem, which encompasses Customer Experience, Field, and Operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the system's performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary optimizations and enhancements.
  • Direct and manage all system promotions and upgrades.
  • Ensure the security of the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Administer and support the Power Platform.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any technical issues.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Refresh lower environments as required.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Ensure the safety and security of operating environments through patching and other controls.
  • Update software and hardware as necessary.
  • Address minor network issues as they arise.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot remotely.
  • Enhance job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional literature, and participating in relevant organizations.
  • Contribute to the organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed.
