Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facility's machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics associated with large-scale industrial machinery, particularly in the context of rebar fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose, repair, and enhance machinery to uphold safety standards and production effectiveness.
  • Create parts lists and estimate labor time for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide training to team members on new machinery and modifications to existing systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with management regarding machinery purchases and installations.
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within designated regions.
  • Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with rebar fabrication machinery and its components.
  • Training in electrical controls, welding, mobile crane operation, and rigging.
Additional Considerations:
