Join BAYADA at Inspira Home Health as a full-time Physical Therapist, providing home health visits for our Salem County office in West Deptford, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients on a per-visit basis throughout Salem County.

Bayada Healthcare prides itself on its commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and support. As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments, transfer status evaluations, balance testing, strength and endurance assessments, and safety evaluations.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound repair and prevent wound formation, utilizing dressings and topical agents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance interventions, and other targeted therapies.
  • Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on necessary rehabilitative care and activities promoting client independence and well-being.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided using electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
