Advocate Aurora Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Nurse specializing in the Medical Surgical Unit. This role is based in Justice, Illinois, and is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program is essential.
Experience: A minimum of one year in clinical nursing is typically required.

- Ability to provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on family involvement.
- Proficient in recognizing changes in patient conditions and responding effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal relations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and take initiative when necessary.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to lift and move patients safely, adhering to physical requirements.
Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
