Fraud Investigation:
Employ advanced methodologies and tools to detect potential fraudulent claims. Conduct comprehensive investigations to ascertain the authenticity of claims.

Incident Review:
Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to comprehend the nature of cyber incidents and validate related claims. Analyze and interpret technical reports and data.

Record Keeping:
Maintain precise and detailed documentation of claims, investigations, and findings. Generate thorough reports on fraud investigations and their outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all claim handling and investigations adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards.

Effective Communication:
Engage with policyholders, providing clear explanations of claim determinations and the investigative process. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting and legal, to resolve claims.

Professional Development:
Stay informed about the latest trends in cyber fraud and insurance. Offer training and guidance to team members on fraud detection techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Insurance, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber claims examination, emphasizing fraud detection and investigation.
In-depth knowledge of cyber insurance policies, cyber threats, and incident response protocols.
Exceptional analytical and investigative abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in utilizing fraud detection tools and software.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFE, CISSP, CIFI) are preferred.
