We are seeking Part-Time Wellness Coordinators

As a Wellness Coordinator at Joint Ventures, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, playing a vital role in ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for promoting various membership plans and packages that allow patients to continue their chiropractic care at competitive rates. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, mastering our computer systems, and ensuring a clean and organized environment will be crucial for your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly and foster relationships
  • Inform patients about wellness plans and services
  • Assist patients with membership management, including sales and account oversight
  • Process transactions using point of sale software, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts
  • Guide patients in completing necessary paperwork
  • Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Oversee daily clinic operations
  • Ensure an organized flow of patients through the clinic
  • Implement all standard operating procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain professionalism and decorum at all times
  • Contribute positively to workplace culture as a team player
  • Manage clinic communications via phone and web platforms
  • Complete additional tasks as needed by the organization

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail setting

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms

  • Willingness to travel for training as necessary
Salary:
$17.00 to $17.50 plus monthly bonus
