Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to our pediatric population. This position involves examining patients, making diagnoses, and providing treatment plans under medical protocol. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, with opportunities to engage in population health management and quality/safety activities.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatments, and educate them on health promotion and illness prevention.
• Recommend community resources to meet patient needs and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Consult with the medical director as needed and adhere to prescribed medical protocols.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an NLN-approved MSN Nurse Practitioner program in Pediatrics.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or graduation from a certified Nurse Practitioner program with three years of NP experience.
• Georgia RN license required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
