We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Therapist to join our team at Muscatine Clinic. As a Dialysis Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; certification in hemodialysis technology (CHT) or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a dialysis setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
