Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager in all phases of construction
  • Write and submit RFI's for approval and distribution
  • Review and understand subcontract documents
  • Notify management of significant project events
  • Work with owners and clients to provide updates and obtain approvals
  • Assist with documenting changes and maintaining project records
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Monitor project costs to stay within budget
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial, healthcare, K-12/Higher ED, industrial, multifamily, or retail construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
  • Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
  • Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
  • Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
