Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Assembler to join our team at Career Concepts in Fairview, PA. As a Heavy Assembler, you will be responsible for inspecting, assembling, packaging, and deburring parts or materials. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of molded parts to ensure product quality
  • Tend to injection molding machines to meet production requirements
  • Monitor production from assigned presses and assist with weighing and packaging of molded parts
  • Perform molding support operations as needed and assist with rework and sorting returned parts
  • Relieve other operators and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and good attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift regularly 25lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 50lbs
