Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Spherion is currently hiring for assemblers to work in electronics manufacturing. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with computers and electronic devices. We encourage entry-level candidates new to manufacturing to apply.

Work Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings.
  • Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.
  • Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits during manufacturing process.
  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, or blueprints.
  • Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Able to use basic hand tools
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with a good command of the English language

Education: High School

Experience: 0-1 years
