Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Truck Operator. This role is designed for individuals looking for a reliable and consistent driving opportunity.

  • Weekly Pay for Drivers
  • Compensation per Mile: $0.48 for approximately 1440 Miles weekly
  • Compensation per Stop: $14.36 for around 45 Stops weekly
  • Quarterly Tenure Bonus: $300 paid four times a year
  • Loyalty Bonus: $1500 after 6 months and another $1500 after 1 year
  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
  • Start Time: 11:00 PM

Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer. Our drivers service the route, not the vehicle. All drivers benefit from 24/7 roadside assistance provided by trained technicians, and our service employees ensure that trucks are fueled at over 800 maintenance facilities.

  • Deliveries are made solo from a central hub.
  • Route Type: Local with daily home time.
  • Vehicle Type: Day Cab.
  • Trailer Type: 48' Flatbed - Multi Axle Trailers.
  • Freight Type: Touch/Load Securement for Steel and Metal.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
  • Pass a DOT physical and road test.
  • Possess a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.
  • Minimum experience required: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Assist in loading/unloading freight as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
