Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ a consultative sales approach to identify and assist patients in achieving their aesthetic objectives.
  • Conduct personalized beauty strategy consultations, both virtually and in-person, encouraging patients to take affirmative steps towards their goals.
  • Address patient inquiries and needs, adding significant value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Oversee revenue management across various patient accounts at different phases of the sales process.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, prospect for leads, schedule appointments, generate referrals, and plan marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on leads and opportunities to ensure prompt responses and optimize lead quality for marketing efforts.
  • Effectively manage incoming leads by collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for surgical procedures.
  • Act as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospective and current patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    1. Education: Bachelor's Degree
    2. 5+ years of proven success in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment within plastic surgery or aesthetics
    3. Previous experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or a Medical Spa is preferred, but not mandatory
    4. Passionate about educating and assisting patients who are dissatisfied with their appearance
    5. Highly adept at identifying business challenges and providing effective solutions
    6. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with strong emotional intelligence
    7. Team-oriented with a focus on building lasting professional relationships
    8. Quick to learn and apply new concepts
    9. Proficient in both oral and written communication, comfortable with phone interactions, adept at engaging in virtual meetings, live presentations, and skilled in crafting effective emails
  • Preferred:
    1. Experience managing accounts using online CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot).
    2. Familiarity with Nextech and other practice management/clinical systems
