Full-Time Clinic-Based Physical Therapist Opportunity

At Loma Linda Staffing, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Full-Time Clinic-Based Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff.
About the Role
- This position offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 - $114,000 DOE.
- You will be responsible for conducting thorough PT evaluations for varying populations and disorders while utilizing formal measures and informal measures aligned with evidence-based practices, industry guidelines, and standards of practice.
- Your duties will include executing individual treatment plans for clients using evidence-based practices, regularly assessing clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and projected discharge dates.
- You will also be required to complete SOAP Notes, progress summaries, and care plans within the EHR in a timely manner, as well as educate and train families about various PT techniques and strategies.
- In addition, you will supervise up to two (2) PTAs in compliance with current CA Board standards and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive quality services and goals are being met.
Required Qualifications
- A Masters degree or DPT degree from an accredited university.
- Current and unrestricted licensure by the Board to work in the State of CA.
