Physical Therapist Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Magnet Medical. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that promote optimal recovery and improve overall quality of life.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background in physical therapy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, range of motion, strength, coordination, and overall mobility.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, progress, and medical history.
- Implement various physical therapy interventions, such as strengthening exercises, range of motion exercises, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
- Educate patients on proper posture, movement techniques, and body mechanics to prevent future injury.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure in Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or acute care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
$105,000 per year, paid biweekly, tax-free stipend amount to be determined. This competitive salary reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.
