We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their home environment, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide occupational therapy services, including activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive training, to help patients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

• Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist.
• Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
• CPR Certification.
