Documentation Process Optimization Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Process Engineer to optimize and manage our manufacturing processes through the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, document management, and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Documentation Management: Develop, maintain, and control standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Project Support: Provide project management support to the production department to ensure successful project execution.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an Engineering field from an accredited school.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a large-scale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong technical writing skills, experience with document management systems, and ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
