Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including verifying current configurations, assisting with deal entry, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist sales representatives with verifying current configurations and ensuring accuracy.
  2. Enter deals properly into the Salesforce Configurator for new proposals.
  3. Verify new proposals have the same configurations as previous configurations.
  4. Back up orders to ensure efficient processing through the corporate order process.
  5. Prepare paperwork for new deals and assist sales representatives as needed.
  6. Conduct research for sales representatives and clients.
  7. Pull EA and CC information for sales representatives and clients.
  8. Communicate with clients when a representative is unavailable.
  9. Collaborate with other departments inside Modern Office Methods for sales representative and client inquiries.
  10. Work with Leasing Partners on client inquiries.
  11. Calculate current hardware costs and service costs using Excel.
  12. Process orders for MPS, MFD, Production, and Solutions.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  3. Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for job travel between company branches and client sites.
  4. Valid certificate of insurance with the minimum liability requirements set forth by the company.
  5. Extensive knowledge and understanding of MS Office suite of products.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience supporting sales or marketing staff.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will regularly use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position, but it may be possible between branches.
