  • Publications in Top-Tier NLP Conferences: You must have publications in top-tier NLP conferences, demonstrating your expertise and contributions to the field.
  • Experience with Distributed ML Frameworks: You must have experience with distributed ML frameworks such as DeepSpeed and FSDP, ensuring you can scale our NLP models to meet the demands of our business.
  • Background in Computational Linguistics: You must have a background in computational linguistics, with a deep understanding of the complexities of natural language processing.
