As a Registered Nurse, you'll assess, implement, and evaluate total nursing care for a group of patients. You'll work collaboratively with other shifts and departments to ensure optimal continuity of care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License or Eligible Compact License
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from American Heart Association
  • BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
  • Acute Care Experience Required
