Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate individualized treatment strategies aimed at maximizing patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and the utilization of assistive devices.
  • Provide updates on patient progress and any concerns to supervisors and interdisciplinary team members; educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment and workspaces are kept in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Execute job duties in alignment with the organization's Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and relevant professional and legal standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Possession of a current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Compensation range: $48 - $54 per hour, with the understanding that specific circumstances may influence the final pay rate.
