Job Title: Treasure Coast Sunglass Hut Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management, and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Support the achievement of company objectives by actively participating in sales promotions, visual merchandising, and other initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales targets, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and responsive attitude.
