Job Summary

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building
• Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences for customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management
• Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations
• Self-motivation and accountability for sales results
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
