Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Automation Specialist to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-voltage automated systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage automated systems for various applications, including industrial automation, power distribution, and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies and innovations
- Develop and maintain electrical diagrams, schematics, and other technical documentation for high-voltage automated systems
- Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage automated systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in high-voltage automation, recommending new solutions and technologies to improve customer outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in high-voltage automation, with experience in designing and developing automated systems for industrial, commercial, or residential applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for working with high-voltage equipment
- Certification in electrical engineering or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
