About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CAB team in facilitating network change reviews and approvals to minimize service disruptions.
  • Oversee alert management systems to ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues.
  • Conduct operational readiness testing for new systems and changes to existing systems.
  • Provide operations input to all project stages to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Regularly review and improve process workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a functional understanding of NOC activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the management of a hybrid workforce, ensuring productivity and consistent engagement.
  • Evaluate operational tools for effectiveness and suitability for the organization's needs.
  • Implement and maintain an automated tool suite, refining solutions to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on NOC environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, alert management, and operational procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team and hybrid worker management.
  • Proficiency in evaluating operational tools and implementing automation solutions.
  • Experience with automation tooling such as Jenkins and Ansible (preferred).
  • Python coding skills are desirable.
