Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Chef Manager to lead our culinary and food service operations. This role is essential for the success of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete culinary management of food service operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
  • Possess knowledge of P&L accountability and experience in contract-managed services.
  • Expertise in menu development, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management, with an emphasis on sourcing local food products.
  • Demonstrate a passion for sustainability in culinary practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
  • A minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings, with a strong background in inventory and purchasing.
  • In-depth understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost control, and presentation.
  • Experience in exposition cooking is required.
  • ServSafe certification is advantageous.
