Role Summary:The Counter Sales Representative plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist walk-in customers in locating and purchasing parts.
- Provide answers to customer inquiries.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently.
- Restock and retrieve parts as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and front counter area.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail setting.
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
