Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: Accurately schedule patient appointments, monitor schedules, and ensure optimal use of clinic resources.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Complete accurate patient registration, manage patient payments, and refer patients to Health Benefit Specialists as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience in our clinics.
- Internal and External Referrals: Complete assigned internal and external referrals, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year in a healthcare environment or two years in a customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, effective English and Spanish communication skills, ability to think critically, and basic math skills.
