We are seeking a Lead Assurance AnalystCompensation: Competitive salary range of $156,000-$198,000, along with an employee equity plan and exceptional benefits.
If you are a seasoned assurance analyst with a robust background in both internal and external audits, adept at developing control frameworks and maintaining compliance certifications, this is an excellent opportunity to join a burgeoning Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function as we expand. Reporting directly to the VP of Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will have the autonomy to oversee significant aspects of our ongoing assurance and compliance initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Lead key projects related to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance across various initiatives and domains.
- Play a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining compliance with standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2, SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and ESG.
- Develop policies, procedures, and standards, respond to client assurance inquiries, and manage a public assurance portal.
- Drive analysis and reporting for executive scorecards, core assurance reporting, and detailed inter-team reporting and visualization.
Candidate Requirements:
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in Assurance within a GRC environment.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing assurance strategies in a technology-driven environment, with prior experience in rolling out major Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) being essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively implement initiatives and strategies across the organization.
- Experience managing high-visibility, complex audits of internal and external systems, documentation, and processes.
- Proven track record of delivering on strategy and execution of programs throughout the assurance lifecycle.
