Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid Texas teaching certification with necessary endorsements
  • Proven expertise in the designated subject area
  • Proficiency in a foreign language for LOTE educators
  • For Physical Education instructors: Current AED certification

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned subject matter
  • Comprehension of curriculum development and instructional methodologies
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Experience:

  • At least one year of student teaching or an approved internship experience
