Job Summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a skilled Seasonal Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft to meet Sun Country Airlines' standards.
  • Complete maintenance paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter maintenance records into our TRAX system.
  • Identify and report potential maintenance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance supervisors and team members.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • A&P license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of line maintenance experience.
  • 2 years of 737NG jet experience.
  • 737NG Familiarization Class.
  • 2 years of experience in aircraft structural repair.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced maintenance environment, with exposure to various weather conditions.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds, and to work in a variety of physical environments.
