Job Summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is a leading innovator in diagnostic and enterprise imaging solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Synapse Enterprise Imaging implementation process from quotation to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the implementation process, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documents, including implementation plans, scope documents, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Engineering, to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality and regulatory requirements, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma (AS/BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • PMI PMP Certification Eligible or Obtained (preferred).
  • Three or more years' experience successfully managing Medical Informatics IT projects, with experience managing RIS, PACS, VNA, and/or CVIS.
  • Excellent leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and/or software packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel on company business.
Physical Requirements
  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
Travel
  • Occasional (up to 25%) travel may be required based on business need.
