Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patient health, including vital signs, laboratory results, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
