About the Role

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for screening and diagnostic purposes in accordance with ALARA standards.
  • Regulate the equipment used to expose x-ray film, develop, and organize films.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Associate Degree in a related field.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) certification.
