Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing effective care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license
  • BLS certification
  • Nursing experience preferred, with a focus on med-surgical care
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
