Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at a revolutionary healthcare company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in innovating the way Americans access healthcare.

About the Role

This is a 100% remote position that requires living in the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, solution design, and integration.

The successful candidate will manage, mentor, and deliver architectural expertise to our enterprise-grade organization. This includes taking ownership of a core business domain, providing guidance to product and project teams, analyzing market trends, and developing architecture standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and deliver architectural expertise to the organization.
  2. Take ownership of a core business domain encompassing products, services, and business capabilities.
  3. Provide guidance to product and project teams on holistic architecture solutions.
  4. Analyze market trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities and risks.
  5. Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and principles.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of architecture experience in an enterprise-grade environment.
  • Extensive software, API, and third-party integrations experience (Workday and/or Salesforce highly desired).
  • Hands-on experience with C# in a Microsoft-centric environment.
  • Recent experience with ETL and data warehousing.
  • Proven ability to communicate with various internal departments.
