Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on:

  • Java and Spring Boot for API development (4-6 years of experience)
  • Cloud experience with AWS (2+ years) including services such as ECS, Fargate, S3, Lambda, SQS, and Kinesis
  • Proficiency in NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB

Technical Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Java or JavaScript, with experience in distributed systems, object-oriented programming, and design methodologies.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices development.
  • Proven track record in building scalable APIs and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols including authentication, authorization, encryption, and web service proxies.
  • Ability to design and implement cloud applications, specifically on AWS, adhering to best practices for architecture, security, and scalability.
  • Experience with serverless applications using EC2, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with cloud databases and caching solutions.
  • Knowledge of data streaming technologies such as SQS and Kinesis.
  • Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines for cloud application deployment.
