Sustainability Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions - Life Sciences, Composi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our company's corporate vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiencies and productivity
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies for the Interior Products Group (IPG)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present and deploy a consistent and compelling message
• Support efforts to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and process optimization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in product management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
