Dairy Business Consultant

Farm Credit East is a leading provider of loans and farm advisory services to agricultural business owners across the northeast. We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Business Consultant to join our team.

The Dairy Business Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to customers in the dairy industry. This will involve providing expert advice on herd management, crop management, and financial analysis to help our customers achieve their business objectives.

• Deliver accurate and high-quality consulting services to customers in the dairy industry
• Contribute to the success of customer businesses and the Association through the timely and accurate delivery of consulting services
• Achieve growth targets by performing business development activities that expand existing customer relationships and bring new customers to the Association
• Prioritize high-value interactions with customers through active relationships and sound customer understanding
• Promote the FCE brand in their marketplace
• Build and nurture Centers of Influence to generate external referrals
• Develop expertise and working knowledge within Ag segments, serving as a Trusted Advisor

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• Salary range: $95,000-$145,000 commensurate with experience
• Hybrid work options available after six months of employment
