We're seeking a skilled Consultant to join our Farm Advisory Services team. This role will involve delivering high-quality consulting services to customers, strengthening and expanding existing relationships, and developing new consulting relationships. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dairy industry, including herd management, crop management, and financial analysis. They will also be able to facilitate and lead teams of advisors to provide valuable strategic insights to our dairy farm clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax law. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proactive, self-starter mindset. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$145,000, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 6% 401K match and a bonus incentive program.
