Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our hospice care team. As an LVN, you will provide direct patient care and treatment in a home setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and treatment in a home setting
  • Ensuring positive health outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate clinical notes and records
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care delivery

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
  • Current IV Certification
  • Current CPR card for Healthcare Providers
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, with hospice experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
