Additionally, they should have experience with Java, Python, or Go, Shell scripting, and AWS Cloud-based database development. The successful candidate will participate in the development and integration of call center analytics systems and will be responsible for writing and maintaining SQL to make configuration changes and application enhancements. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a 100% remote environment.
