As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily needs and provide a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide interventions as needed.
  • Document patient activity and concerns, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in regular facility checks and report any safety concerns to leadership.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • Minimum 1 year sobriety (if in recovery).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
  • First Aid/CPR certification (within 30 days of hire).
  • De-escalation/restraint technique certification (within 90 days of hire).
