Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Richmond Community Services. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing meals for individuals and staff in accordance with prescribed menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all meals with specified consistencies for individuals and staff in accordance with prescribed menus.
  • Exercise proper portion control during meal service to eliminate excessive waste products.
  • Maintain proper food handling and storage techniques.
  • Clean, sanitize, and scrub all sinks and workstations.
  • Perform Dietary Aide duties, including reading and following prescribed recipes.
Requirements
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in quantity food preparation in an institutional setting, preferably in a health care facility.
