  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or completion of an externship in a medical office.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant through AAMA or AMT, or Licensed Practical Nurse certification with 2+ years of clinical experience.
