Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver and Concierge to join our team at The Pfister Hotel. As an Airport Shuttle Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, grasping, lifting, and loading luggage into and out of the van, navigating the bell cart through the hotel and courtyard area, and maintaining a professional image while at work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Load and unload luggage safely and efficiently
  • Navigate the bell cart through the hotel and courtyard area
  • Maintain a professional image while on duty

As a Van Driver and Concierge, you will have the opportunity to drive guests to the airport in our company vans and perform other driving errands as assigned. You will also deliver gifts and amenities to guest rooms and monitor company van maintenance requirements, communicating needs to management.

Requirements:
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to read English language sufficiently to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and carry or move packages and boxes up to 45 lbs continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit continuously to perform essential job functions
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
