ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Greet guests with friendly and sincere welcome.
•Grasp, lift, carry and/or load luggage into and out of van.
•Navigate bell cart through hotel and courtyard area.
•Always maintain a professional image while at work.
•Drive guests to airport in company van, and other driving errands as assigned.
•Deliver gifts and amenities to guests rooms
•Monitor company van maintenance requirements and communicate needs to management.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to understand and follow written and or verbal instructions.
•Ability to effectively communicate verbally in English.
•Valid driver's license and good driving record.
•Ability to read English language sufficiently to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks to write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists.
•Ability to grasp, lift, and or carry or otherwise move packages and boxes and luggage up to 45 lbs continuously throughout shift.
•Ability to stand, walk, and or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
•Sufficient manual dexterity in one hand to be able to load and unload luggage
•Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.
