Critical Respiratory Support Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Genesis - East Region - Pierpont Center. As a Pulmonary Therapist, you will be responsible for providing critical respiratory care to patients with various pulmonary conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including inhalation therapy, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and the proper use of respiratory equipment.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- State licensure as required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
