Job Title: UI Designer - Data Visualization Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled UI Designer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a UI Designer - Data Visualization Expert, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that make complex data easily understandable and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Business Insights team and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for dashboard interfaces.
Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Work with data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and impactful way.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and seamless integration into dashboards.
Conduct usability testing to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Requirements:

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Experience in designing for business units such as retail or e-commerce.
Understanding of accessibility standards for digital design.
