We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administering nursing care to residents and ensuring they receive the right personalized treatments and medications
- Working with residents and medical staff to devise care plans and explain best options for care
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure comprehensive care
- Setting up medical equipment and monitoring their use to ensure patient safety
- Overseeing the compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Documenting and checking the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Performing fluid sample draws for lab work and leading the training and supervision of nursing staff
- Assisting with incident investigations and checking for accuracy of reporting
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hourly pay range: $38-$71 (25% higher than average)
- Choice of shift types (day/night, weekday/weekends, per diem, etc.) and facilities
- Get paid weekly or daily
- Eligibility for health, vision, and dental benefits (for qualifying family members)
- Hazard pay and bonus pay for travel, overtime, and holidays
- Malpractice insurance, taxes, and workers' comp paid for by employer
